Delivery Timeframes and International Sourcing

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please be advised that Primo Apparel & Accessories is not responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our direct control, including those attributable to international shipping processes or customs clearance.

Order Cancellations by Primo Apparel & Accessories

In the unlikely event that we must cancel an order, a full refund will be promptly issued to your original method of payment.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Primo Apparel & Accessories is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after they have been dispatched and confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
