Standard 90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day window for returns. This period commences upon your receipt of the order. Within these 90 days, you may initiate a return at no additional charge, provided the specified conditions are met.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, received condition: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiating a Return

All pertinent information regarding your return, including the return address and any necessary shipping labels, will be communicated through your preferred method of contact. Our default communication channel is E-mail.
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds in Lieu of Returns
In instances where an item cannot be returned (e.g., due to warehouse refusal of the return), a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Damages and Order Issues
Should your order arrive with significant damage, or if the product itself is found to be damaged internally, a refund may be issued. Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small dents or scratches on packaging, do not qualify for refunds.

Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Orders
We are not liable for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Regrettably, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For the most efficient exchange, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may then place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the aforementioned policy, if merchandise is shipped to a destination within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As per our standard policy, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refund Conditions
We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen during the shipping process.
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- The order was incorrect due to an error on our part.
- The order was cancelled by the shipping carrier.
- The customer made an error during the ordering process and no longer wishes to receive the order, provided the return conditions are met.
- The order is substantially damaged, or the product itself is damaged internally.
- You are unable to return an item due to a warehouse decline of the return.
